The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration and they will provide training for the updates, so that we came to the latest amendments in the standards.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to more than 12 Hrs straight in a day. Team Lead do not value an individuals. Appraisal and Promotion is mostly depends on how you will be with the team lead, it is not based on your performance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
