Clueless Leadership. Misalignment of undeserving people in important positions. Low salary, low appraisals and absolutely no benefits. HR is invisible. No specific Escalation Metrix if you are facing trouble.

There is no work-life balance. We receive messages from clients even on Saturdays and Sundays, and upper management expects us to handle them on short notice. Additionally, I haven't been able to take any sick leave for the past two months because upper management hasn't provided me with any backup.
