You will work among some of the best intuitive minds in the industry. It's a great place not covered with seniority complex, but people are more streamlined and team oriented, which will work in your favor

Dislikes

No sufficient increments, very poor approach to talent retention, and no proper training before or during work, given that most people are only freshers. Very few senior employees who are not at managerial level. However, they are improving due to Dentsu, but it still remains the highest attrition rate among its peers, only due to their no perks or good increments at all.

No job security. Layoffs. Unnecessary movement of employees to irrelevant project that will cause problem in career for future jobs. It was good when the company was Ugam. Once Merkle acquired it has been a disaster
