1 . Employees are often treated poorly with little to there had work and contributions 2. Micro- Management style is excessively controlling, Which hampers productivity and innovation 3. Toxic office culture/ Office Environment is unhealthy and discourages open communication and collaboration 4. There is no Work life balance 5 . Job Security is zero, Employees can terminated at any time without any sufficient notice 6.
