AM WORKING IN MERIL AROUND 4 YEAR'S, SUPER PRODUCTS, SALARY ON TIME.

Dislikes

It's manager driven company,no HR is there, Meril HR Salary is waste of money,it's useless, Job security is not there,only stock dumping is doing,primary Sales only happened with out secondary Sales. After resignation in 2 years , i didn't receive my salttlement also.

Zero job security, we are just like a house servants to the manager if they don't like us they will kick out from the company they can use all support from management to block our salary expanses bonus every thing, but no HR or management will ask explanation just threaten us to resignor they will terminate for no reason...Read More

My target is 8 lak and I did 12 lak my manager told he don't like me so I have to leave the company, I told to give a valid reason he told me to leave the company or else he will block my salary expenses and bonus even my old manager and senior colleagues told he cannot do that, that as to decide by management I mention this issue to my management and HR called and told me to resign or else they will terminate me, I asked for a valid reason but HR told they don't need any reason you have to leave or else we will block everything, and told me that am a non performer I already did my target but no use of it they blocked all my money I have no support so I resigned, after that they gave my money as a settlement after 60 days I got my salary only I didn't receive expense and bonus, they need me to resign and the task was completed why should they respond later, it's a terrible experience in my life, Inhumanity as HR, Selfish persons as manager, and zero management support, don't choose this company and don't push yourself in trouble...Read More
