The has a policy of clubbing our leaves, so that we can take about a month leave in off season.

Dislikes

The company managment gives more pressure, and there is no carrier growth. A person with a particular deaignation for example production supervisor should also do duties of qc, store officer and even porters for loading and unloading raw materials.There is no extra pay for this. Managers are very good in imposing cut in salary as a part of fines. During the time of my reaignation, the managment did not even conduct exit interview, may be ot was my managers play thinking i may complain him....Read More
