Worst marketing managers and QA team because the the marketing team fails to give business to Bengaluru Merieux Nutriscience lab having more than 70 employees the laboratory suddenly closed by the top management team who is sitting in Mumbai Microchem siliker CEO and Vice presidents All the 70 employees lost the job

Everything is systamatic, they work orderly through hierarchy and each one have to follow their defined job description or job roll. They demand improvement in performance from time to time.

Dislikes

1) Less man power to much work. 2) Indian hierarchy are to much biased towards North Indian based employees, they dont give any high post to South Indian even thought we are highly competitive and better performers. 3) International team still not knowing baised blaming for poor market presence and yes branch got closed at bangalore due to poor market presence and mainly North Indians in South Indian regional office never understood local business, language and local people. Lost such a beautiful company and employees in less lower job role.....Read More
