I was with MC for 12 Years, in different locations around the world. Still, I consider myself as of MC team member, all my experience built up with MC. I love to return and work with MC.

Dislikes

When I started with MC from Iran and then relocated me to Sudan (Darfur, North, and South), MC hired people based on their experiences, but now everything is based on friendship. I was with MC for 12 years and I have to leave MC because of corruption in my last two locations. What I got from raising this matter, my name goes to the blacklist. I left MC in August 2017, and since that time I applied for several positions, and they don't even shortlist me. I am expert in WASH, Shelter and any type of infrastructure, but I was informed by HR that I wasn't qualified for the position. You can check all the applications that I sent from 2017 until now. Recently, I applied for my last position in Iraq based in Erbil for WASH, before that I applied for another job in Yemen which I was there with MC for two years, no answer for each of them yet....Read More

Work Details

I worked with MC for 12 years, since 2017 I left MC, but still consider myself as of MC team members. MC built my capacity and I learned a lot during these 12 years. I love to work with MC and I hope one day I can return to MC.
