Cleanliness inside plant. Canteen is ok, travelling facility is ok.

Dislikes

Working in plant is not systematic and hapazard type. Manager behaviour is also worthless. Very much less job security, small mistakes are highlighted and employees are fired without notice. Not a good place to work in such Sethiya type company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
