It was really good experience with Mercedes Benz. There was lots of thinks to learn and immpruve ourself. Everyone was help, guid, teach us. I had jennuan personal problem left that job bt I wish if I will get opportunity start work again then I will ready for it. Mercedes Benz company was very helth environment for mostly wemens. I couldn't saw company as like Mercedes Benz India Pvt.Ltd.

As dislike there is no word I have. Even I was not seen as any dislike words regarding the company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
