Worked for more than a decade. Management had a great expansion during this time. The objective of the company is more towards product development however due to poor leadership the reality is that MBRDI is an internal service provider of Daimler. Lateral entries get heavily paid. It is advisable to ask for maximum hike while joining because the average hikes are below market standards. If your work creates expansion of head count you will be recognised. MBRDI provides a plethora of skill enhancing platforms . Free access to books/resources for learning. If your objective is to explore and learn and if you could do this on your own then MBRDI is the right choice.

MBRDI management is not very visionary. They mimic their higher ups but really don't have a fair understanding of technical stuff . Most of the Senior program managers and above have a very poor appetite of technical things. Pay hikes/revision is very poor. If you have joined at a goodcompensation then you are most likely to have no monetary growth for few years. They say absolutely ridiculous things to deny you a hike. Its really funny. Then comes the office politics, if you are the kind, who can stay humble under technically challenged managers and let them supersede your meticulously placed logical solutions/thoughts then you are up for a very bright future. However this will lead to your "daimlerization", in other words you will be left unfit for the market.
