Work life balance is good. Work also if you are into a good project for mercedes ag there is challenging Work, lots of time and support tp explore.....but getting challenging work is little difficult. Overall a good experience.

Business model is not suitable for aspiring engineers. Most of the work is related to life cycle management. They are present in india for more than 25 years still they have not given full responsibility of vehicle development.
