Job Description

Support in Preparation of tender and contract documents, specifically Bills of quantities, Material Take Off , Bought out Items , with the architect and/or the client.
Undertake cost analysis for Green Field and Brown Field Projects including repair and maintenance project work.
Generation of Schedule of Rates, analysis of Unit Prices of various Scope of Works in Construction Projects.

Provide cost-effective proposals, solutions, and alternatives for the project.

Prepare and creation of Quantity and Cost estimation report base on Engineering and Construction GA Drawings, Detailed workshop drawings. Monitoring of overall project with respect to allocated timeline.

Innovative ideas implementation.

Assist in establishing a client s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
Perform risk, value management, and cost control. Advise on a procurement strategy.
Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyze costings for tenders. Support in allocation of Construction work to subcontractors.
Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports. Including understanding of CPM and other various Project Management aspects.
Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use

Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.

Expertise on checking and quantifying contractor designs and drawing with respect to Resource requirement, Time requirement.

Incredibly good knowledge on tools: AutoCAD 3D, REVIT, MS Office, Advance Excel, FAPLIS, Microstation and Power point Presentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in Construction Quantity Surveying and Estimation.
Experience in EPC: CSA and MEP Cost estimation of Industrial Building base on various Indian and International standards like Euro code, American Code, Canadian code etc.
Expertise on various software like MS Office, Advance Excel, Autocad 3D, Revit and Microsation.
Preparing complete Quantity calculation (Bottom-up Calculation), Cost Estimation, Valuation, and preparation of report, MIS: (Excel, Power Point) along with Engineering GA drawings.
Firsthand experience on Work Break down structure, Cost Break down structure , Timeline requirement, evaluation of Material, Labor and Consumption requirement in order to complete a Full-scale Project.
Good coordination experience with professional staff like architects, consultant, contractor, and various professionals from other disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, material requirement, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication skills are must, German Language expertise shall be an added advantage.
Basic Knowledge in Agile Methodology approach for Projects.
