The show is being run by amateurs, who lack professionalism . The founder likes to manage all projects himself which often leaves him over stretched, making in-turn the project and the members involved suffer. They like employees to volunteer help and support in various fields, however the compensation in return is peanuts. The organization is in an utter state of confusion and disarray, high attrition rate adds to the issue immensely. The absence of a proper chain of command. Compnsation benefits are bare minimum. Expectations from employees is huge.
