Working at MentorChamp as a Customer Support Executive has been a great journey for me. The environment here is very positive and supportive, especially the management team. Our Company Director Tushar Ghone Sir and Amruta Ghone Ma'am , are really kind and approachable. They always care about employees and ensure we feel motivated. Salary is always on time, and there are no issues about that. The HR team and Management team are very Polite and friendly, which makes it easy to work and grow here. About Amruta Ghone - She is the pathetic one. Not having a sense of talking with employees. She is not having a simple and basic sense of understanding. she is very much expert in doing arguments....not having a guts to listen others opinion....only doing bullshits. As she is working from home she feels like she is the one who is doing things properly but the thing is she is only creating a confusion and not having a management skills. Not having a ethics to talk and listen. She is having a ego problem but she will not accept that and she will only finds your mistakes which you have not did. She is only makes you feel that you are not working on task which has assign to you.
