About Amruta Ghone - She is the pathetic one. Not having a sense of talking with employees. She is not having a simple and basic sense of understanding. she is very much expert in doing arguments....not having a guts to listen others opinion....only doing bullshits. As she is working from home she feels like she is the one who is doing things properly but the thing is she is only creating a confusion and not having a management skills. Not having a ethics to talk and listen. She is having a ego problem but she will not accept that and she will only finds your mistakes which you have not did. She is only makes you feel that you are not working on task which has assign to you. Company is very bad. I suggest don't join here. Amruta ghone is one of the worst person because of her employees are suffering. She is over possesive. Kabhi corporate life dekha nhi h . Work from krti h. No behavior ethics.

The Owner of this company is terrible, don't know how to behave or talk with employees. He takes out the frustration of others mistakes on others. He always says ' kya hi kam karte ho tum log ' means we don't do any anything. He always give other work which is not related to job. And want that you should do daily task work as well other work on time. He want any work immediately like a 2 minute maggi. In company there is no job security. They can fire any time by giving silly reason. There Firing rate is higher than hiring rate. He want that you should learn stock market because they don't have time Or money to hire one. You should research on self and make content or graphics or editing. He don't want to hire copywriter. You have to work on occasion time to e.g :- dussehra, rakshabandhan, Salary paid on 10th of every There is no skill growth They don't value their employees only play hiring firing games, that's reason this company still struggling for growth.... Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
