...mpany. They don't provide you proper training. You are judge 2nd day of joining. They provide u high salary then they find out your silly mistake and then provide u second option internship of 5k. I mean like seriously

About Amruta Ghone - She is the pathetic one. Not having a sense of talking with employees. She is not having a simple and basic sense of understanding. she is very much expert in doing arguments....not having a guts to listen others opinion....only doing bullshits. As she is working from home she feels like she is the one who is doing things properly but the thing is she is only creating a confusion and not having a management skills. Not having a ethics to talk and listen. She is having a ego problem but she will not accept that and she will only finds your mistakes which you have not did. She is only makes you feel that you are not working on task which has assign to you. She is the senior person but she even dont know how to coordinate and resolve the things ...she is only doing arguments..like not running a company running a big boss show.

Company is very bad. I suggest don't join here. Amruta ghone is one of the worst person because of her employees are suffering. She is over possesive. Kabhi corporate life dekha nhi h . Work from krti h. No behavior ethics.
