Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Only positive thing here is you got to learn things better here. But, also keep in mind there is no one to train. We have learn and deliver the job here

Dislikes

Many things are there as negative. Firstly, the worst management. Especially, in finance there is a great discrimination between north employees and South employees. Those who works closely in the department knows this truth. Even if you work for all 7 days for more than 12 hours a day, they still complain about your work. And, at same place where some one can attend office for less than 6 hours a day and do nothing even in that time space. If you are an employee from any of the brand, they treat you like a slave infront of others. Also there are many credit stealers who can steal all the efforts you do. Even if you are come up with some great reputation at your brand, peoples here can ruin your entire reputation with no time and they hit directly on your confidence. There is bunch of negative things to say in the department i have worked which I can't even able to list all of them. If you are currently an employee there, and if they always complain about your work, just ignore that. You are definitely better than what they are portraying you....Read More
