Excellent work environment. Top management is caring and supportive. Always gave free hand in decision making. Always support business development ideas and initiatives.

Dislikes

Could have better IT systems apart from SAP like implementation of Class A operations, Kaizen etc. Would help if career growth plans are discussed providing road map for future growth.

Work Details

Most memorable stint in terms of understanding business and learning to be humble and down to earth. Truly appreciate the core values of the top management.
