my company have lot of innovation able products and we can easily handle that and easily adopted to that latest technology.so i love that fact i am a part of that team. and also i get various site experience about testing and commissioning of sf6 Ring Main Unit (RMU),Autorecoser and Sectionalizer which is make move forward in my life as well as skill development also.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but work pressure is very high sometimes, like i have to work 11-14 hours a day which make me tied and also i have to attend client calls in evening sometimes late night . manager do not value an individuals an unique strength, which is why i have to take my suggestion most of the time.there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which make me pain sometimes....Read More

i can learn new things day by day due to innovation able and creative environment i am play main key role on my testing department which make feel good and also i get various site experience this make me to learn new things both technical and verbal .
