1. Development team is only good 2. Diwali lunch get together ahhhhh can't think of LIKES...actually there are none.

1. Management is very very poor in taking decisions. Infact they do not take any decision on time 2. No proper chairs to sit resulting in backache of many colleagues 3. No proper machines to work on. 4. No Canteen for snacks 5. Appraisal is never done on time. Minimum it will go to July-Aug and that too you have to beg and your appraisal period will start from either May or June i.e April month new salary is always gone 6. If you get appraisal then you have to beg entire year for arrears for new salary for the month of May and June 7. No Team building activties 8. You can get call anytime at after 9 PM too for Work 9. - Infrastructure is bad, Chairs are not proper even machines with poor configuration. - No team building activities - Every year employees are begging for appraisal & in case if they are getting appraisal everyone has to beg again for arrears, in short management is very poor to take any small kind of decision. - Management mentality is very bad & low level.

The organization provides training for freshers and the team members are very helpful as well as very talented. The management here is not that much good specifically the project manager. He is not capable enough to take decisions in critical situations but the project lead and technical leads are very good and capable to handle everything. The management is not able to take decision. Infact there is no management at all. We can say that. Project manager is very little responsible for the job he had given and he is not performing his role the way it should be.

I have worked there for more than 6 years.at the start of my career i really enjoyed the work assigned to me but from last 2 years the management ahd changed and also the policies which are there had changed drastically that made my mind to change the job
