Overall Experience: I have been with the company for since last 7 Years and overall, I have had a positive experience. The work-life balance is great, with flexible hours and remote work options, but during peak times, workload distribution can become uneven. Salary and benefits are competitive, though there could be more focus on merit-based raises outside of annual appraisals. Speaking of appraisals, the feedback I have received has been helpful, but more depth in performance evaluations would be appreciated. Job security feels strong, though i did appreciate more transparency about long-term plans. the company provides excellent learning opportunities, but i believe there's room to improve leadership training. the company culture is supportive and inclusive, but there could be more cross-team intersection. There is nice working environment and flexibility to work here. Lot of opportunities to grow. There are no pressures from upper management. They will give full support to handle the critical tasks.
