The culture is very good. Work-life balance will depend on your team, but for me it was ok. The salary and benefits are very good. Lots of things are present here to learn and grow your skills.

Likes

One of the first companies to announce work from anywhere. Compensation is highly competitive as per industry standards. Work-life balance is pretty good and managers don't ask for frequent updates.

Dislikes

Companies' financials are pretty bad(just like most of the startups currently) May face job security issues later(as per my opinion).

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
