Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management in not transparent there is a huge problem company policy not good very bad experience

Dislikes

There is a lot of polices and the management doesn't address aur issues without intimate he's terminate me not good my family depending in my job but I have job less very bad experience in meesho

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
