It’s a great place actually. The HR policies are industry leading and very employee centric (gender neutral caregiver/parental leaves, permanent work from anywhere, ESOPs etc)
It’s a consultants’ company and it shows. They will make all processes and get most of the rewards. Non-consultants (non McKinsey Bain etc) and non-tech people may feel under appreciated.
