*** New Joiners Beware *** This is the worst company you will ever work !!! **Ladies beware camera and mic everywhere** There is no one in the company thant have worked for more than two years except two people (Ansoru and Keerthu) and they are the main problem. *No Respect - If you are willing to join this company please be ready to leave your self respect at home. Because they will treat you like they own you. They will scold you for any and all reasons. Everyone is always sad and ready to run from this company. CEO (Thairu) will stare at you for no reason like movie villian. *Management - There is no management, there is only anarchy. The CFO (Shamilamila) thinks she is the queen of England. She is irrational and irritable. She expects everyone to be her slave. Ansoru (manager) and Keerthu (team lead) are her pets hence they receive special treatment. Even if they scold you, you cannot ask why. ***They scolded a fresher girl in front of everyone for using the toilet inbetween breaks, can you imagine how that girl would have felt ?.*Even recently they hired a senior staff with 18+ years of experience, she resigned because keerthu (2 year exp) scolded her. These two want to keep their positions so they will do all types of politics and the CFO encourages them to do this. *Micromanagement - Micromanagement is an understatement, it's more like nano or picomanagement. They will scold you even if there is 15 mins lag in your timesheet and there is no idle time. You can't even use phone inside the office. Your are always watched on CCTV and hidden mics everywhere. They rely on James Bond movie scenes to run the company. They will wantedly stress you out and say you are having mental problems. *They will keep asking for your personal problems and keep nagging you about your private life so that they can use it against you*. Be very careful what you say in those situations !!! Work-Life balance - Only work, no life or balance. Toxic and unprofessional environment to work. 100% garentee you will cry daily for no reason. Your have to work 8 hours and 1 hour "Voluntary" everyday. They office is practically in middle of nowhere so it will take more time to travel. At the end of the day you will feel so tired that all you can do is sleep. When you try to sleep you will remember all the traumatic experience you faced that day in office and cry yourself to sleep anyway. Salary - *They will not give you offer letter*. So, there is no fixed salary. Yes, they will promise to give hike after 2 months with the offer letter but they will never do so. They will only decrease your salary without any prior notice. If you are joining this company for salary you will be better off selling soup on a summer afternoon....Read More
