I loved working with medusind but as time passed right after the peak season they started coming with thing like deduction of salary that would happen if the employees do not meet the production targets and that left me to leave thw job

Good environment get to learn many things during my training period and senior are very helpful.

Dislikes

There are no extra income like example incentive. Salary deductions after working whole 9 hours it’s humble request if they cannot provide incentive do not give any daily targets.

The team leader and the manager are super amazing, the dept that I work too are DCA which is really nice, although the form are too long. The Team Leader and the Coach Leader are very helpful can't denied that,the trainer are super awesome and the learning is there in training. The perk is that Sat and Sun is awesome.

Dislikes

The work load, the leave and also the HR. They act as if they are the boss. The deduction of salary is way more than the deduction. Taking more than two leave result is loss of pay. The company is lousy and need better management of the HR. Posted in Chennai wonderful people. HR don't care if your ill or not they will always or if your family are ill, all they are care just money. The owner and HR. Don't work in this organisation. The salary is less compare to others. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
