The seniors are have a high level disrespect for the juniors. They treat like you are dumb and have zero knowledge. At the time of appraisal they try not to give it, rather, give a notice that you are not working well and give a 1 month notice to show your performance or leave the company. After working for 2 years, they asked us toprove ourselves is just so lame. I would suggest never go for this company....Read More

Company culture is nice but for designers there no way to growth for their career and go to next level. sometime, i have to work 14-16 hours even in my pregnancy days too but there is no appreciation from seniors which make me disappointed.
