The seniors are have a high level disrespect for the juniors. They treat like you are dumb and have zero knowledge. At the time of appraisal they try not to give it, rather, give a notice that you are not working well and give a 1 month notice to show your performance or leave the company. Company culture is nice but for designers there no way to growth for their career and go to next level. sometime, i have to work 14-16 hours even in my pregnancy days too but there is no appreciation from seniors which make me disappointed.
