First of all I will say that no company is ever bad or its management. I have worked for 2/3 of the company but I have never seen such abusive supervisors in any other company. They clean the house with the pharmacist, put posters on the wall, do marketing, clean the rack and more. In this company, those who are not qualified to work in the grocery store are supervisors. And those who are eligible are Labor. You don't have to work to become a supervisor in this company. If you can pay for bad work and oil. But it doesn't matter to the company. Because the company listens to everyone except those for whom the company is running. Previously there were reviews of supervisor managers.
