Relationship with some good employees and customers. Salaries gives correct time.

Dislikes

Our working time is nine hrs but they told extra timing without payment. Not give proper details about incentive matters. Incentives amount only known incharge and supervisor but they are not tell amount.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
