Everything, literally everything. Work culture here in West Bengal is toxic like hell. Most of the Supervisors and Managers treat employees like a slave. Also they accuse you of false allegations and once your registration is endorsed it entirely depends on their mood as to when you would get release even after following all standard exit procedure.
