Medlife is a fastest growing E-commerce company, I learned many things in this organization, but due to health issues I resigned and with my team leader permission I took spot resignation, till date I haven't received my June month salary, final settlement, relieving and experience letter. Seriously worst HR policy.

Dislikes

RTM team behaves like a boss, customer support team has no value, to make any attendance correction employees has to beg the team leader.

It was all good in the beginning while the Company was still a start up. However, with the change of management there was nothing to like about working at Medlife. There was absolutely no job security and the work environment was getting worse day by day. Management started hiring TLs and Managers who were more keen on terminating agents. It was more like a new born kid (New hired agent) was asked to run even before he could learn to crawl. Everything including Training, Quality, Operations...was an absolute joke managed by a group of jokers. Operations team is infected with germs of hatred and politics. Attrition has sky rocketed but management is happy as their jobs are secured....Read More

Dislikes

Medlife has the worst work Environment when compared to other companies. Agents are treated like cattle and there are no career growth opportunities. However growth opportunities are provided for those who are good at back biting and would go down to any level for better appraisal and growth. Operations support is pathetic and couple of TLs do not even have a basic knowledge of handling simple Customers queries let alone handling escalations. Agents are badly treated and this reflects on the Customers as well....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
