They won't provide salary for employee properly.. They say some amount and they give less amount of salary for no reason without information nothing... Won't understanding employees need... They won't provide salary after 45days of resignation...they ask us to send 3200 then they will credit our salary .. If we won't credit 3200 in medlife account number which they have provided they won't give salary at all. After sending so many mails no response...no proper communication with hr... First there's no job security. And regarding any leave over deaths of own Kith and kin they ask to work or threatening about job. Overall it's a paid slavery. Kindly think n numerous times before joining. Employee must beg even for tea and lunch break. Employee must answer to customer for their refund or any queries which was unresolved for more than an year. On the other hand SME & TL will force you to complete the target which is impossible as you have to attend both query as well as sales calls no matter what will be the situation. Over here you will gain a depressed life as costumer will also uses cuss languages due to fake promotional messages being sent to them or due to unresolved queries....Read More

I dislike medlife itself. Common leave and Earned leave are for namesake which will not approve by the TL during any emergency situation which led to LOP on your salary's. Even they force employees to work on government holidays for which they won't approve compensation leave.
