Sometime your ideas wont count here, there are not good policies for work life balance and leave policies, there is no l&d depeartment so that you can learn or grow they dont support that...also they will ask you to work anytime on holiday also

Very bad and manager is also very very harsh no co ordination and pay will be deducted anytime for any reason.

Everything Ankur ki MKC Not safe for girls also CEO is molesting girls (eg- PC vs Hetanshi) They are not doing payment and Reimbursement Worst policy and management No leave till six month They are not following their policy also on paper. They are giving people to my notice period. But they are removing people basis without any notice and not providing them the payment and FNF

There is a great opportunity to get hands on experience on a lot of things.

Dislikes

No stability of the organisation. There are no processes in place. People are considered as tool which can be used and thrown away as per the need. No respect for the experienced people who are subject matter experts. I've seen people having experience of more than a decade being treated like even an intern should not be treated.
