-Training is good - Colleague are good nature and helpful

Dislikes

-Recently new management was not favorable to the employee -They are treated as machines and not respected -As a pharmacist, you don't get enough compensation or salary benefit, -if you want to join this organization pls don't give your drug license because they are only interested in your drug license not in you! - Hr Policy frequently change so if you want to join pls take all the terms and condition & policy on paper otherwise you will be trapped...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
