There's no support at all, Not really sure about job security, management is in touch but no salaries Company has given us a lot while we were onboard but since we are home they're not able to help

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer. There is no skills development, bcz nobody wants smart candidates to learn sales or marketing, pure partiality and politics. Working hours hectic, company doesnt care how much work pressure is handled by employees.
