There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge

The company has a vast portfolio which is decreasing as senior engineers are resigning due to high politics

Dislikes

Well a lot of things.. The management has this "Human is a resource" mindset, they pretty much don't care about you and your background " It's my way or Highway " . Second the HR took advantage of me by converting the hike that i should have got during switch into what she called "Variable Incentive Policy". Third the day-to-day language used in the company is Gujarati which made it even worse for me to survive there. These are not good people....Read More

Likes

I Inaksi Agarwal student of Mody University studying in my 4th year pursuing Biomedical engineering has completed an internship at Medinnova systems. It was a wonderful experience interning at the company, all our mentors were very patient and explained each piece of equipment beginning with the machine to its mechanism was explained in detail. The office environment was spectacular.

There is nothing in particular that I disliked.
