Everything. 1. Personal Life will be destroyed by working more than 11 hrs a day in everage, Forceful working on weekends & holidays, with no benefit (Even can't use Comp. Off) 2. Groupism & office politics will not let you work peacefully. 3. You will not get any support from your Manager in tough time, instead they will force you to do yourself like on gunpoint. 4. You will never get appreciation for your contribution...that is reserved only for manager's favourite licky boy.
