They train perfectly with utmost care, sure we will become professionals. Good team leads, work culture, Proper assistance in system issues.

Dislikes

No hike appraisal. No leave or holidays we work Monday to Saturday and no festival holidays even, We can opt for optional festival holidays once in a quarter that too apply one month before. Jan 26, May 1, Aug 15 and Oct 2 are our holidays. Other holidays for festivals we have to opt and choose

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No job security. Initially they'll behave very politely, but after few weeks they'll show you their actual color. They have mentioned every possible way to sue you & deduct your money in their agreement. No leave is allowed except sunday. They won't allow you to take you leave even though you are sick or any kind of family emergency. They'll threaten you to sue you. They don't have basic humanity. This is just a 3rd class company I have ever seen in my life. They have few permanent employees ( their family members) & they hire rest of the people as a temporary basis, & after 5 or 6 months they'll force you to resign. Do not join this company. Terrible organisation to work with. They hire freshers and when the freshers are not able to perform well within 2-3 days the TL threatens them to discontinue their work and they don't even give them their salary and they give you options to choose either discontinue or start your joining date again. And when you do so they start doing things to get you out from the organisation, if you ask them to fix the software it takes them 1week to fix it and then they count it as you haven't worked, you keep texting them for this as well but they don't respond again keeps a new joining date and when you do another mistake they terminate you instantly and doesn't give salary. Worked for 27days for nothing. I highly recommend you guys to not join this organisation. They will question your skills and they have a very rude behaviour. Don't waste your valuable time in this company. They should stop hiring freshers if they cannot teach work to them. The Probation period is 6months but they throw you out without even letting you complete a month. Non sense company....Read More
