Company doesn't have impact of lockdown because of Medical Device, so they kept paying 100% during complete covid period.

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure, but good opportunity to learn and grow in tough times.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning due to close monitoring culture. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles and international travel.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
