flexibility in work, no target,no work load, simple process for leave application etc.

Dislikes

here no work difference between senior and junior but there is too much difference in there salary, you didn't get your salary and expenses on time, employee who is working for this company for last 3-4 years didn't get good salary as compare to those employees who switch from another company and having only 1-2 years experience.

Work?.. It's like living the school life, doing the stupid paper work all day on their stupid app which doesn't work unless a very proper network. Frustrated all day from calls.
