Medicare no more exists, only the name is there as long as the licence remains. It has been merged with Medi Assist. Now it is more likely that it will serve good as regards to customers. But it is still unsatisfactory in terms of salary and growth of the employees.

The basic of like is the security of job and not so much pressure to work.

Dislikes

The carrer growth is a stand still. Much of old employee have much of higher salary package that actually not to deserve to them. Higher authority don't actually value the inner power and workaholics.

Actually I have a system based enrolment department work. To process data and to push them into the system for further processing. Data management and working on them to simplify them and to produce as per need.

Seniors are very good, Good work culture, timing are very nice on that time.

Dislikes

No job security for project work, and tactical office politics.
