The basic of like is the security of job and not so much pressure to work.

The carrer growth is a stand still. Much of old employee have much of higher salary package that actually not to deserve to them. Higher authority don't actually value the inner power and workaholics.

First of all medicare tpa Pvt Ltd has been acquired by mediassist.pvt ltd. I don't think Medicare is recruiting any more. Office environment was good. All of the colleagues were very helpful in nature.. But you can't build a good future as a processor. As a freshers it's a good option to work on.

Salary Increment. Promotion was not based on merits.
