Opportunity to learn and execute

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance for ones working in the HR department. One has to work till 10/11 pm on a daily basis and surprisingly even then the work doesn't get completed. There are people who work daily for 13/14 hours and the HR bosses indirectly makes it compulsory for everyone. Terrible politics being played by Ms. Shobha in the HR. Will put even politicians to shame.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
