Opportunity to learn and execute

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance for ones working in the HR department. One has to work till 10/11 pm on a daily basis and surprisingly even then the work doesn't get completed. There are people who work daily for 13/14 hours and the HR bosses indirectly makes it compulsory for everyone. Terrible politics being played by Ms. Shobha in the HR. Will put even politicians to shame.

Hectic working hours, less respect for employees, without pay overtime, delay and less opportunity. No one can lesson employees problem, disgusting management and department HOD.
