Mr. Moby incharge of 3icu is not competent enought to be incharge post because he is too partial, rude among the staff,dont have any leadership quality and always on phone call with family (video call) while duty hours. Please keep competent incharge in a ward atleast in icu sorry to say the truth. Thank u.
