Work is very simple like install the software and just test the application from playstore.

1. Job is not secure. 2. You are not directly connected with MediaTek, connected with their party. 3. Manager/GL never understand about your health and emergencies. 4. Working time is not 8.5 Hours, real working time is 10 to 12 hours with every weekend support.

Good performers get 20-30 percent hikes. Stability and job security is there. Even when other big companies like Google, Amazon, etc. were laying off many peopl in 2022-23, there are no layoff here till now.
