Existing employees are not welcoming, they think they're above everyone. They've no compassion and are like frogs in a well, they think the work here is of utmost complexity. Before taking any decision to terminate any employment they need to check with other employees on the floor or same team about that person. Don’t listen only one person words u will have to listen others words as well than take decision. Unnecessary few people might loss their carrers bcoz bad decisions taken from mediamint HR managers
