The only positive thing which i found is that, there are different areas to work.

Dislikes

There are many loopholes: 1. No promotion to employees on time (Promotion is only given in those department only to those people who bring buisness, rest other departments like Finance, Legal, Compliance, Admin) people recive delay in promotion

Pros: You will get opportunity to learn as there is lots of work

Cons: 1. Salary is underpaid for all level. 2. Work culture is toxic (5 days in office), now again it depends who is leading the management
